Miguel. 18 years of age. Here I am, ready to serve the wonderful world of Pokemon. Like the name suggests, I handle trades for filling that pesky Pokedex (especially dealing with game-exclusive Pokemon) and random Pokemon questions, among other things. Legendaries are hard to come by, but I am willing to do a trade-back for the sole purpose of recording them in your 'Dex. I just love to help and I really don't ask for much; you can trade me any Pokemon in exchange for the ones you need. I'm just in it for the fun. Passions: POKEMON! Well, that's a given. Oh, and food, animals, girls, comedy, supernatural stuff....and anime, music, generally nerdy stuff, lame stuff, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE.... and learning RANDOM, USELESS FACTS :3

So, lately, I’ve been having some real anger issues in JROTC.

People are stupid, uncooperative, and all they want to do is complain.

I try my best to help them and be respectful and all they want to do is be assholes.

So I lost it. Twice.

Never give up. Whatever your position may be(it sounds like ur a 1SG or CO CMDR) you cant give in and just lose all hope. A leader is never perfect. Everyone vents after a while, you just have to realize that your in a position because someone above you believes you can do the job and help others. You set the example.

I’m ashamed that I couldn’t control my rage. I felt like an ass. This is especially bad because, unfortunately, my title is not as low as that of the ones you mentioned. I am a Major, LET III, Battalion XO. I’ve made a vow to not let my anger get the best of me anymore. I’ve been at this three years, but this past week has been Hell. No excuse, I know, but what’s done is done. All I can do now is work on controlling my emotions.
